Electric Blue Lemonade Mocktail

I want to bring you behind the scenes. It’s July 2025, and our R&D team has just sent us our very own bottle of Ripples Foamer, the all-natural cocktail foaming drops the Ripples food scientists have been developing in secret. And if you’re reading this post, we’ve finally gotten the go-ahead to start talking about it.

We’d heard the rumors. We’d seen the photos and videos from the test kitchen. Incredible results, every time, and we were so excited to start experimenting ourselves.

We were absolutely amazed. We make and film foamy drinks all day like it’s our job (because it is our job), and this foam is not only stable, smooth, and long-lasting enough to hold a Ripples print for an entire photoshoot, but it has entirely opened up our world of recipes.

The foam on this Electric Blue Lemonade mocktail is made with just water, Ripples Foamer, and flavored syrup, and it creates smooth drink foam that lasts for ages. It adds a fun layer to the drink without affecting the taste or smell at all.

The Electric Blue Lemonade mocktail is the perfect addition to your summer no-alcoholic menu, with vibrant colors. When topped with your favorite Ripples print, your customers will definitely think it’s worth the trip to the bar (even if there’s lemonade at home).

And with the Ripples Cocktail Foamer your team will get smooth, consistent drinks every time.
We love the results from creating this foamed syrup in a french press, but you’ll get similar results with your standard shaker.
