日本中が歓喜に沸いた2022年サッカーW杯。「三苫の1mm」が話題になったのもまだ記憶に新しいのではないでしょうか。実は、オフィシャルスポンサーのバドワイザー(AB InBev社)は、この4年に一度のビッグイベントを盛り上げるために、リップルズを活用した今までにないユニークなビール体験づくりで世界中のサポーターと興奮を分かち合っていたのです。 今回FIFAの協力を得て、FIFAデータをリップルズのデータベースにライブ接続することに成功しました。その結果、ゲームのスコアやスタッツ、注目選手の最新情報がテキストや画像となって、サポーターが飲むビールの上に次々とプリントされるという画期的な体験が生み出されたのです。 リップルメーカーは世界中のパブリックビューイング会場などに設置されました。ゴールシーンやMVP、ファンメッセージなどがビール上に登場し、あたかもビールの上で試合中継が行われているようなワクワクするビール体験を、現地カタールのみならず世界中のファンの方に楽しんていただくことに成功しました。 AB InBev社はこの画期的な体験の効果を図るため、2つのイベント都市ブラジルとUAEで、現場での消費者満足度(NPS)をリアルタイムで測定しました。 NPSは企業・ブランドの満足度を図る重要な指標の一つです。スコアが高いほど、そのブランドを友人に勧める可能性が高くることを示します。スコアが50以上であれば優れているとされ、70以上のスコアは世界クラスとされます。その結果、今回のビール体験は、それぞれの都市において平均96という驚異的なスコアを記録しました。4年に一度の興奮が忘られないビール体験と共に、多くのファンの記憶に残ったことではないでしょうか。
